When is the last time you made a judgment call about someone else, or their actions, or their life, but you didn't have the whole story?
You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things. Now we know that God’s judgment against those who do such things is based on truth. So when you, a mere human being, pass judgment on them and yet do the same things, do you think you will escape God’s judgment? But for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile; but glory, honor and peace for everyone who does good: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile. You who preach against stealing, do you steal? You who say that people should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? You who boast in the law, do you dishonor God by breaking the law? As it is written: “God’s name is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you.” Romans 2:17-24 Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Does our physical life show the physical change Jesus has made to our hearts?
How do we measure this - this being the circumcision of our hearts?
What have you taken on as a result of reading the Word?
Do you continually seek the activities and such of your former lifestyle and friends?
How do you talk now that you proclaim to know Christ?
How do you act amongst people who are not Christians now?
How do you seek to genuinely care and provide for those around you?
How do you trust God with your future and is He in charge of those decisions?
How do you guard your eyes, your thoughts, and your mind when you see something of sexual nature? How do you treat the opposite sex?
