God did a miracle for us in giving us eight acres of property for only $80,000. Now it is time to build on that property and move from being portable to being a permanent light in that community. This building will seat 400 and fully accommodate both Kids Planet and Remix Students.
God blessed us with a building in Farmington. Now, we need to remodel that facility and expand the parking lot around it so we can move in and be effective for the Kingdom of God twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. What God is going to accomplish on that piece of property will eventually impact thousands of lives.
In just a few months, our Belize location will move into their brand new building. In this campaign, we will be raising money for all of the equipment, such as audio/video equipment, office furnishings, chairs and tables for Kids Planet, chairs for the worship area, decorations, and computers.
Last campaign we talked of building a garage for our Pit Stop team, but plans changed and we remodeled our old Worship Center into a state-of-the-art Student Center. This was the first time in years that we finally had a designated space for our students. After much prayer, we believe now is the time to build a 500-seat room that will be able to house our ministries that have outgrown their current space, including Rise Young Adults, Living Free Care and Recovery, and mission projects. It will also provide an adequate overflow space for our weekend worship services.
Our Enchanted Hills location moved to their permanent location just over two years ago. In our last campaign, Enchanted Hills raised $377,280. The building and construction cost for that building was 4.9 million dollars. We need to pay down the debt that was incurred when we bought this property.
This past Easter, our Northeast Heights location opened the doors to their new facility and exploded with growth. Already, that campus is in five services with a sixth service in the works. It seems obvious to us that God is not done with Sagebrush in the Northeast Heights. There are many more people to reach, so we are hoping that God would allow us the ability to open up another campus in that area. Before we do that, we need to pay down the debt that was incurred by the first facility. The monies we raise will go towards those endeavors so that we can further spread the message of Jesus.
Our Highland location was our first multisite to get a permanent building. They were our first campus to get a playground and our first campus to get a designated student space. This campaign will help with much needed improvements at that location. We would like to place better technology in the Worship Center and to cover all of the brick walls in the hallway with drywall to move us from an institutional feel to a home environment. In addition, we would like to change the lighting in the Worship Center to enhance the worship experience and to pave our current dirt parking lot.
Our Santa Fe location desperately needs a parking lot and a larger Worship Center. In this campaign, we will be raising money to build a new parking lot and to expand our current worship facility to hold twice as many people as we can currently.
